岗位职责：
· 协助设计团队为营销材料、社交媒体图形、演示文稿和其他视觉资产创建和完善设计概念。· 协助使用模板和设计资源创建网站的布局和功能。
· 确保在所有主要设备/浏览器上保持一致和出色的性能，包括快速加载时间和无错误的核心功能。
· 为包装、展示、电子邮件、横幅广告、网站、演示文稿和社交媒体开发图形。
· 利用图形设计软件和工具创建高质量的视觉内容。
· 编辑和修饰图像，增强其视觉吸引力。
· 支持团队组织和维护设计文件和资产。
职位要求：
· 目前正在攻读平面设计、视觉传达或相关领域的学位或文凭。· 具备字体排版、色彩理论和布局设计原则的基本知识。
· 必须能够展示对Photoshop、Illustrator和InDesign的一些工作知识。
· 作品集展示了成功完成的项目，具有优质的工作和高度的细致注意力。
· 良好的沟通技巧和能够有效表达设计思想的能力。
· 有过实习经验者优先考虑。

Our consumer base is centralized in the bay area, but we also provide our products and services nationwide. Up till this date, NESTMii has accumulated 3000+ users over the past seven years, with a repurchase rate as high as 89%! Job Responsibilities:
· Assist the design team in creating and refining design concepts for marketing materials, social media graphics, presentations, and other visual assets.· Create the website layout and functionality using the templates and design resources
· Ensure consistent and excellent performance on all major devices/browsers, including fast load times & bug-free core functionality
· Develop graphics for packaging, displays, emails, banner ads, website, presentations and social
· Utilize graphic design software and tools to create high-quality visual content.
· Edit and retouch images to enhance their visual appeal.
· Support the team in organizing and maintaining design files and assets.
Job Qualifications:
· Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.· Basic knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design principles.
· Must be able to demonstrate some working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
· Portfolio demonstrates successfully completely projects with quality work and a strong attention to detail
· Good communication skills and the ability to articulate design ideas effectively.
Previous internships is a plus
